Ham graduated with a BASc in Chemical Engineering at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. After university he started at Thailand's largest, most esteemed oil refinery, Thai oil, as a commercial analyst specializing in the global crude oil market for a year and a half. In that short timeframe, he was able to fully integrate with his team and administered market outlook presentations and meetings to C-Suite executives. Ham’s experience in the Thai public sector and expansive work with healthcare professionals keeps Ever grounded and results-oriented at all times.

Later, he joined Ever Medical Technologies as part of the business development team, utilizing his engineering-centric and analytical background in the development of both product design and commercial strategies. He worked closely with both Ever’s own technical team as well as clients’, while also acting as liaison to hospital staff, ensuring efficiency and quality in the design and creation of products that align with all parties’ needs.
